We want you to love your BAINA home essentials, but if you are not completely satisfied, we offer returns on unused items within 30 days of delivery. Please ensure all products remain in their original packaging with tags attached to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack your items in their original box and include the printed return authorization slip inside the package.

  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email and drop your package off at any authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
